Advent
We had a new Kurdish believer, “Rose,” her family, and her sister’s family over for dinner before Christmas. That evening, we did our Advent reading from John 1 with them in Turkish and lit our Advent candles. Rose’s brother-in-law was offended but did give his wife permission to start reading the Bible on her own. Please pray that she will be changed by the Word of God.

I am South Korean student and once visited Kurdish city “Diyarbakir”. I met one Kurdish believer there. I hope Rose and her family would be safe from other Muslims.
