Phil*, the pastor of a Kurdish fellowship, has been encouraging the believers of the fellowship to visit people in their homes and pray for them.  He challenged them to visit their neighbors and other people that they do not really know well. Even if all they did was pray for them, Phil challenged the believers to reach out to unbelievers.

Josh*, one of the believers from the fellowship, decided that he needed to visit his neighbors, especially since they were also Kurdish.  When he went to visit them, they were very welcoming and were eager to have him pray for them. Tim*, the man of the house, shared that his father, who was living with them, had a problem with his nose.  He explained that his father was very prone to nosebleeds and that his nose bled every day. Josh* told the family that if they had faith, God could heal the man’s nose.  Josh* then put his hand on the man’s nose and prayed for healing in the name of Jesus Christ.

The next day, when Josh returned from work, Tim was standing at the door waiting to talk to him.  Tim excitedly shared that God had completely healed his father’s nose!

Praise God that He is working in miraculous ways among the Kurds.  Will you please pray that this man’s healing would lead to the family coming to faith in Jesus Christ?  Also, please pray that, as friends and family hear of Tim’s father’s healing, they too would come to faith.
