In many Muslim countries, men roam the streets before dawn beating large drums to wake up the faithful for an early breakfast before they begin their daily fast during the month of Ramadan. An expat believer was able to give New Testaments and Jesus films to a few Ramadan drummers and a city employee who came to his door asking for money for their “services.” He shared with the drummers that because he was a Christian, he would not give them money to support what they do, but he would give them the most important gift he could – God’s Word. All three drummers (and the city employee) accepted the materials, and two of the drummers even appeared to be genuinely thankful and appreciative.
Please pray all four will read the Word, watch the J-film, and turn to Christ.
