Family in our city is a central part of life. Large family gatherings are common (multiple generations are often under the same roof). And while family life is important, it is also often dysfunctional.
Recently, a friend of ours who plans to get married this summer came to me and asked me to teach him what the Bible says about family. He told me that he’s been watching how my wife and I interact and how we correct our children. He then told me that since he knew we were followers of Christ, he knew that the Bible must teach something different about family.
Pray for our study about what God says about following Him and how that relates to the family.
