A couple of Christian women were doing a Bible club for some Kurdish refugee children from Syria.  One mother was especially touched by the way the Christians had interacted with her family, the things they had prayed for, and the Bible stories she was hearing.  She said she wanted to know more and that she thought she might need to follow Jesus.

Unfortunately, a few days before they were planning to give her an audio Bible in Arabic, her husband picked up and moved them to another part of the country after a fight with his boss.  A few days later, the woman from Syria asked her sister-in-law with whom she was staying if there were anywhere she could go to find out more about Jesus.  The response she got was that this was forbidden.

Please pray that this doesn’t detour her from her thirst.
