Please pray for “Gina”. She is a K lady who has been faithfully coming to our community center for at least a year. Recently she has been bringing many of her cousins, Aunts, and her mother. Last week as we celebrated Easter and shared with them our cultural traditions, we had the unique opportunity to share with them the Resurrection story (via having translated the “resurrection eggs”). In our reading were many scripture passages (in addition to the ones in the basic resurrection eggs reading) including Isaiah 52 & 53, John 3:16, 1 Timothy 3:18, John 8:58 and 5:18, Luke 22:19-20, and 1 Corinthians 5:17.
Please pray that the word of God is planted deep in their hearts, and that the Lord opens their eyes to His Truth and salvation. I want to especially lift up Gina’s family because a change in one of them could have major repercussions on their family and even community.
