A Christian from America had a good talk with a Muslim Kurdish man. Unprompted, the Muslim started telling the story of Genesis in chronological order, even saying that Isaac was the one that was almost sacrificed by Abraham. The American asked him if he had read the Old Testament, and he said no but that his grandfather used to tell them these stories when he was little and that his grandfather had read all of the holy books. Later, he mentioned that the Kurds were descended from the Medes, so the American brought out a New Testament and read to him from Acts 2 that mentions the Medes hearing the gospel from the disciples. He told the Muslim he could keep the New Testament, which he gladly accepted.
Pray that this man will read the gift of the New Testament, and then trust the good news that he has read!
