Luke*, a young adult in our local Kurdish church, recently shared a really cool story with us. One of his relatives, Josh*, and his wife had been trying to have a baby for more than ten years, but they had been unable to have children. They had visited a famous sheik (religious leader) in their country but still were unable to have children. Luke, who has been bold in sharing his faith with his family, encouraged Josh to visit a Christian church and seek prayer there. As a last resort, Josh and his wife attended a church and asked for prayer.
Within a few months of visiting the church, they were shocked to find out that Josh’s wife was pregnant! As a result of this miracle, Josh and his wife have placed their faith in Jesus Christ! As news of this miracle has spread, some of Luke’s other relatives have believed as well. Praise be to God!
